Kenneth believes his work is not just listening and dealing with people’s issues but instead, one which facilitates their growth – in personal relationships and professional contexts. Kenneth adopts a person-centred approach and uses a strength-based method to empower his clients to share their experiences, discover fresh perspectives and explore practical strategies to improve their emotional and mental well-being. During sessions, he also regularly equips them with knowledge and evidence-based practices.
With his guidance, clients have developed greater self-awareness about their past and current patterns of behaviour and found greater fulfilment in their lives. Kenneth worked with an array of conditions that his clients have faced ranging from challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger, loss
or insecurity or relationship issues, and individual dissatisfaction to find flexibility to change.
