Counselling and Psychology Fees in Singapore

The fees for our services are outlined in the table below. Fees are calculated from the start of your appointment. If a session needs to be extended and we can accommodate the extension, the additional time will be billed on a pro-rata basis. We accept payments via online bank transfers, PayNow, NETS, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX).

Please note that due to a change in the Singapore Goods & Services Tax (GST) rate, starting January 1, 2024, ICCT will adjust the GST rate on our services from 8% to 9%. This change will be reflected in your invoice for the new year. I appreciate your understanding.

At ICCT, we understand that financial constraints can be a barrier to seeking counselling. We offer a sliding scale fee structure for clients facing financial challenges. This means that fees for therapy sessions can be adjusted based on your financial situation. Please discuss this with your
therapist.

*The payment for the therapy session will be collected before the start of the therapy session. Clients will not be allowed to begin the therapy session if payment has not been made. All payments are non-refundable once the session commences.

Children & Youth Counselling Package (if available)

Only children and youth aged 18 years and below are eligible for the Children and Youth counselling fees. We strongly recommend that the parents/guardians meet the therapist for a couple’s session without the child. This will enable the therapist to better understand the family and the concerns that the parents/guardians have about the child/youth. If only one parent is available, the parent can meet the therapist for an individual session first. Thereafter, the therapist will meet the child/youth for a child/youth therapy session. The duration of each youth session is 60 minutes (1 hour). Please note that if the parent wishes to speak with the therapist first, it will be part of the 60-minute counselling.

Practicum Counsellors are counsellors who are completing their practicum placements at ICCT as part of the requirement for completing a Master of Counselling (or related) programme. Their practice is closely supervised by experienced clinical supervisors as part of the counselling programme and site lead/principal therapists at ICCT to ensure quality client care.

Fees are listed in the Schedule below. Fees start from your appointment time. If the client wishes to extend the session, assuming it is possible to do so, the rate will be pro-rated.

We are committed to working with you to find a payment option that best suits your needs. Payment of counselling fees must be made within 48 hours from the time of your booking for an appointment to be confirmed. If payment is not received within 48 hours from the time of your Booking, the appointment slot will be released back into the system.
